Deep inside, etoy was a hardcore cult. etoy was travelling the twilight zones of the "universe", always coming back to report from their missions (etoy-testpilots/internet-astronauts).

The combination of drugs (LSD/MDMA), internet-technology, techno-music and the rise of truly global corporations gave us an ultimate mix for our art-game and we experimented on a global level, we started to cross borders of perception and reality and were sucked into the gigantic universe of THE NETWORK.
